[International Symposium on Strengthening the DPRK Health System]
ㅇ Purpose
- To provide a platform for exploring strategic approaches to supporting the development of the DPRK health system and improving the health of the DPRK population through enhanced inter-Korean and international cooperation in health.
ㅇ Expected Outcomes
- Develop policy recommendations to improve health outcomes in the DPRK and identify practical approaches for cooperation and support from both South Korea and the international community.
- Provide evidence and policy inputs that can inform legislative activities and policy development related to inter-Korean health cooperation.
- Enhance awareness of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea's leadership role in advancing policy dialogue on inter-Korean health cooperation.
